How it started Edible PRO began with a vision to revolutionize dining by creating sustainable, biodegradable tableware. They combined innovation and eco-consciousness, offering elegant, edible plates and utensils that reduce waste and enhance experiences. After working for nearly 28 years on a 9-5 job ,mrs Shyla Gurudutt wanted to make a difference in society. She deeply thought about how plastic waste is harming our environment.To solve this problem she try to make some molded bowls at home with the help of wheat floor .After that share this idea with Mrs Lakshmi Bheemachar. She also joined her and starts working on small scale with some rural women. Firstly they sell their products in restaurants . After getting popularity they start supplying their products to wholesalers, ice parlours. Now a days they expend their business through website, and also export their products in foreign countries.
