Mandi Trades is a location based “Farm 2 Fork” trade enabling platform developed using Open
Source technologies and Open Data. Mandi Trades enables farmers to sell products directly to
consumers on a mobile app. Prior to starting his own venture in 2011, Edvin was handling senior
management positions in IBM Corporation, Oracle Corporation, Sun Microsystems & Wipro
InfoTech for about 20 years.
Appface Technologies is a leader in enabling brick and mortar companies succeed by effectively
using the disruptive technologies like mobility, cloud, analytics and Social networks. The company
works with major clients around the world on various Open Source technologies, JAVA J2EE,
mobile apps on iPhone, Android, Windows, Xamarin, and IBM Worklight.
Edvin Varghese enjoys reading history, listening to audible.com, playing tennis and mentoring
youngsters to succeed.
