In biolegend binding buffer the cells are moving more towards early and late apoptosis whereas while in thermo and BD binding buffer the cell viability is far better than the biolegend binding buffer (buffer 3, done in triplicate) as in the given figure. hence the biolegend binding buffer is not working properly as it is killing the cells.
