DEFINITIONS Google : “the imparting or exchanging of information by speaking , writing , or using some other medium ” and “ means of sending or receiving information , such as telephone lines or computers.” Merriam-Webster Dictionary  : “the act or process of using words , sounds , signs , or behaviours to express or exchange information or to express your ideas, thoughts, feelings, etc., to someone else.”
