program, volunteer management, event organisation and communication skills with a confident and natural approach
to teamwork which facilitates a healthy working attitude.
With 4 years experience working for International and London based not-for-profit organisations which provide
sustainable change on issues surrounding youth unemployment, social integration, poverty, education and community
development. I am now in pursuit of a new position with intellectually stimulating career development.

Senior HeadStart Assistant Manager, The Challenge, London Waterloo, (January 2014- July 2016)
HeadStart is a volunteering programme which addresses the challenges of social segregation and youth employability
in the capital. Delivered by The Challenge and Team London, HeadStart offers diverse groups of 16-18 year-olds the
opportunity to develop their employability skills through volunteering and professional workshops, and then rewards
their social action with interviews for paid work with partner businesses: Starbucks, New Look, Lloyds Banking Group
and Bloomberg.
·Two promotions from Assistant Manager to Senior Assistant Manager to Marketing and Communications
Senior. From a programme supporting 30 volunteers to 3,000 in two years, amounting to 60,000 hours of
volunteering in London. This project has been my proudest achievement to date
·Partnership management and set up of charity placements- 12 boroughs in North/East London (Managing
55 charity partners per year and developing a Charity Partner Network
·Line management of a team of 4 call agents during the summer months, supporting them to deliver a great
service, through feedback, quality monitoring, training and coaching, managing the day-to-day operations of
the all agent’s duties, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency in service delivery against KPIs
·Facilitation and coordination of workshops, volunteer kick off events and corporate interview sessions
·Recruitment and pastoral support of youth volunteers (200 per programme in 2 years amounting to 500)
·Development of communication strategy, implementing the plan for 3,000 welcome calls to be made,
tracked and managed during summer delivery, monitoring test groups for future development
·Team Lead on ‘independent volunteering’ project centralizing and strengthening the support provided to
young people who find their own volunteering placements. Delivering on key milestones and targets set to
track progress of that strategic thinking, - resulting in 25% of completers within this category
·Training (National Marketing) to programme regions teams ensuring presentation aims were delivered
·Communication and copy writing to volunteers including bi-monthly updates, event logistics and long-term
communication strategy planning, implementing workflows onto database
·Developing and adapting curriculum for workshops, launch events, ambassador training and focus
groups, working with stakeholders to ensure highest quality of training
·Monitoring, evaluating and analysing targets for partners and volunteers to project future growth
·Database management of Salesforce, setting up events, creating reports and views for programme delivery
