1.Preparing MEP 3D modelling for co-ordination purpose. To provide consultants and contractors
with scope-, logistic-, geometric-, and dimensional control in a 3D database.
2.Responsible for quality of BIM models for projects within the group.
3.Planning and coordination of all electrical works site wide.
4.Ensure implementation of HSE codes in the project and report any contradictions.
5.Responsible for completing electrical works designs, which meet approved national and international standards, in
addition to those of the client.
6.Complete all necessary calculations required for the electrical works, including load calculations (cables, short
circuits, circuit breaker selection, and power factor selection, etc.)
7.Responsible for coordinating the electrical design works with all other related disciplines.
8.Responsible for generating electrical/technical submittals, shop drawings, value engineering proposals, RFI’s and
coordination issues.
