A circuit consist of
electrical devices that
either functions as:
•Load
•Switching device
•Protection and safety
device.

Are devices that uses
electricity and convert it
to another form of energy
such as light, mechanical
rotation, pressure, heat,
sound and digital
information.

Also known as just a
switch. It controls the
flow of electricity thus
control “on” and “off”
state.

Offers protection to the circuit as well as the
individual, it prevents abnormal situations such as:
1.Short circuit
2.Overloading
3.Over heating
4.Ground faults

Is the process of testing
and finding out the problem
in the circuit.
•Common problems are
electrical continuity.
•Device failure.
