Clicking the button “Start signing process” a new workflow is started.

A form is displayed to define the corresponding role of the Issuer (UC-110), the list of reviewers and the list of
approvers (UC-111) and their corresponding roles. The person who starts the “Start signing process” workflow
is the issuer.
The user and his role/-s are connected, per dynamic keywording.
If the user enters the name of a participant of the signing workflow, after a change to the “Title/Role” field only
the defined corresponding title-s/role/-s for the participant are displayed. And vice versa: If a role is entered,
only the corresponding user are displayed in the “Reviewer/Approver” field.
Once the list of users is defined a series of tasks is triggered to the selected users to sign the document elec-
tronically by introducing their user passwords (UC-112 and UC-113).
Meaning first reviewers needs to sign, once reviewers has signed the workflow goes to the approvers that
needs to sign the workflow as well before it ends. The workflow is sequential. If problems occur during the
signing workflow a substitute can be chosen for further revision/approval.
