In the course of my one year contract, I was able to achieve the followings:
❖I consistently maintained high customer satisfaction ratings, which helped enhance our company’s positive
reputation.
❖I consistently delivered high-quality support, successfully resolving a high volume of customer inquiries
and complaints. This demonstrates my strong work ethic, dedication to excellence, and ability to perform
efficiently under pressure.
❖My dedication contributed significantly to the team achieving a high rate and timely resolution rate on
customer issues.
❖During my 12 months of employment, I engaged with and supported over 100 customers through connect
sessions and routine maintenance activities, providing personalized assistance and building strong
relationships.
❖Continuous Learning: I successfully and actively participated in over 7 training sessions, which has
positively improved my skills and knowledge in customer service, product knowledge, and communication.
