•Registrationcanbeobjectedforthefollowingreasons:
–theorganizationdoesnotfulfilltherequirementslaiddowninthis
Proclamation,regulationsanddirectivesissuedinaccordancewiththis
Proclamation
–theobjectivesandtheconstitutionoftheorganizationareillegal
–thenameoftheorganizationissimilartoanotherorganization
–oneormorethanoneofthoseelectedasleadersoftheorganization
havebeenconvictedandpunished,withinthelatetenyears,of
serious,nonpoliticaloffencesandtheorganizationisnotwillingto
substitute.them

cancelledfromregistrationbyorderofregionalhigh
