01 Anxiety in childhood
Do children have anxiety? Anxiety disorder consists of a state of constant worry or tension due to a feeling of fear or uneasiness that, unlike stress, is prolonged (a minimum of 6 months, depending on the type of anxiety) and not a one-time occurrence According to numerous studies, parenting style has a significant relationship with the appearance of this type of disorder, with fewer cases of childhood anxiety occurring in families with a democratic educational style (Aguilar-Yamuza, B. et al, 2019 y Martín, N. et al, 2022)
