beingsoldorisstockedorexhibitedorofferedforsale,orisbeing
distributed;
•Tosearchatallreasonabletimes:searchanyperson,anyplace,anyvehicle,
oranyotherconveyance,withreasontobelievetheirinvolvementin
commissionofanoffenceunderchapterIVoftheAct.
