DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
·Able to read / Understand all sort of HVAC & Plumbing Drawings with foundations /
civil / wall openings and interaction of other departments.
·Able to lay down the Plumbing & hvac CHWS piping of roof / riser / floor with the
machine connections.
·Look into the fabrication of ducting / Plumbing/CHWS piping / firefighting/ insulations,
installations of machines and fixing of grills / diffusers with balancing of air.
·To ensure that the work is completed in time with the given specifications and
standards.
·Prepare planning / work distribution / progress reports / procurement charts / bills of
materials.
·Attend appraisal meetings with the project engineers / managers / consultant in case of
delay / change in drawings / work / unavailability of material and suggest suitably.
·Taking approval from consultants about HVAC design, shop drawings, coordination
drawings, etc.
·Material submittal to consultants.
·Submitting the report about method of statement regarding HVAC works.
