Active Voice
•Active Voice
Active Voice is used when we want to say that the
subject DOES AN ACTION. So, the subject is THE
DOER of the action.
= adalahragamgramatikalyang bermaknaaktif.
Maksudnya, subject (pelaku) baikmanusiaatau
binatangyang telahmelakukansuatupekerjaan
•Ex: Miranda spoke English fluently
(Miranda telahberbicarabahasa
Inggrisdenganfasih).

Passive Voice
•Passive Voice is used when we want to say
that the subject IS NOT THE DOER, but
RECEIVES AN ACTION.
=merupakan kalimat yang menjadikan objek
dalam kalimat aktif menjadi subjek dalam
kalimat pasif dengan menambah awalan “di”
atau “ter” dalam predikat yang berupa kata
kerja transitif.

Ex:Dinda beats me (Active Voice) →
I am beaten by Dinda (Passive Voice)

I am not beaten by Dinda (PV)

2. Past Tense

Ex: The student wrote a letter (AV) →

3. Future Tense
