Testing of air pressure vessel not done > All Pressure vessel having accumulation of pneumatic air more than 500 ml & more than 1 bar pressure that will be consider as pressure vessel. > Every pressure vessel must be tested through external competent person & test report must be available in unit > Hydraulic testing of all pressure vessel must be carried out by external competent person at frequency of every 4 year. > ultrasonic testing of all pressure vessel must be carried out by external competent person at frequency of every 2 year. > External physical checking & inspection of all pressure vessel must be carried out by external competent person at frequency of every six month. > Test report of all individual pressure vessel must be available in unit as per state factory rules format > All Pressure vessel must have identity serial no, Capacity, Year of mfg.
