OUR COMPANY Epenal Group of Companies Nig Ltd was duly incorporated as a legal entity on the 17th day of July, 2008, as a company limited by shares under the Companies and Allied Matters Acts 1990, of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (hereinafter called C.A.M.A ).   2. REGISTERED OFFICE The registered office is in Nigeria and her corporate office situates at plot 41/42 Eastern By-Pass, Port Harcourt, Rivers State of Nigeria. She has branches in both Bayelsa and at Oron the Akwa-Ibom States capital of Nigeria. 3. STAFF STRENGTH She has well over a hundred and fifty-six staff (156) cutting across both nationals and foreigners.   4. THE DIRECTORS The company has three Directors all of Bayelsa State origin of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The Managing Director/CEO is Mr. Tuguemi Ebi Inala , a native of Ogbolomabiri in the Nembe Local Government of Bayelsa State.

4. OUR PROFILE EPENAL Boat Builders limited is the first and foremost indigenous company in the construction of high quality glass reinforced plastic (GRP) Boats in Nigeria. Our interest in Boat building arose out of a strong desire to strengthen the maritime industry by providing a solid base for water transport logistics and solutions. Today our impact can be felt in the development of multi-purpose boats that can effectively handle maritime subsector such as Fishing, Water transport, Ambulance, Floating Clinic, Patrol, Offshore oil Rig inspection/Supply, Leisure/Pleasure Water taxis, Work and Crew boats.  Our pro-active approach to Boat building has lifted us to greater heights in the sub region and this is because at EPENAL, our driving force has remained the provision of quality and safety-driven boats that are strong, reliable, durable, convenient, non-corrosive, unsinkable, fast, easy to maneuver and to maintain. EPENAL AMBULANCE / MOBILE CLINIC BOAT Our Ambulance Boat is produced to aid in an emergency medical service (EMS) in the riverine areas (both rural and urban) and it is powered by twin 2x200hp – 2x330hp inboard / outboard marine engine. Moreover, the boat is built with high quality glass reinforced plastic (GRP) materials, its foam buoyancy makes it completely unsinkable and can maneuver our creeks and rivers. Also, it is built to the highest safety standard with inbuilt tanks, foam buoyancy; the boat is built with five skin heavy duty corrosive free glass reinforce plastic. It has the following medical equipments:- Patient bed -2 Drip hooks – 4 Collapsible stretcher – 1 Oxygen bottle – 1 Siren & hover light – 1 Revolving light – 1 Doctor’s desk – 1 Nurse seats – 2 Spare seat – 3 Wash hand basin – 1 Fresh water tank – 1

E-27 WATER BUS BOAT The boat is built with high quality glass reinforced plastic (GRP) materials, it is also foam buoyant which makes it completely unsinkable and can maneuver our creeks and rivers. Moreso , the E-27 Waterbus is designed for Executive crew personnel, transportation, security patrol / surveillance, pleasure cruising and Ambulance. It is built to the highest safety standard with inbuilt tanks, foam buoyancy; the boat is built with five skin heavy duty corrosive free glass reinforce plastic.

14. VISA 19 EXECUTIVE / PATROL BOAT This boat is specially designed both as a patrol/surveillance boat and for pleasure cruising. It is built to the highest safety standards and comfort with in-built fuel tanks and slideable window glass. TECHNICAL DETAILS OF VISA 19 EXECUTIVE SPEED BOAT The boat is built with high quality glass reinforced plastic (GRP) materials, it is also foam buoyant built which makes it completely unsinkable and can maneuver our creeks and rivers. Moreso , the Visa 19 Executive boat is designed for Executive crew personnel, transportation, security patrol/surveillance, and pleasure cruising. It is built to the highest safety standard with inbuilt tanks, foam buoyancy; the boat is built with five skin heavy duty corrosive free glass reinforce plastic. E-23 PERSONNEL CARRIER Our E-23 Personnel Carrier is built with three skin layer of high quality glass reinforced plastic (GRP) materials with a canopy extended from the deck and tarpaulin supported with iron frames at the rear. The boat can be use for crew change operation, mass transit schemes to empower our youths, patrol and seismic operations. The boat is easy to operate because it can just start with electric key at the console.

It is unique for easy maneuver-ability on our creeks and rivers. It is foam buoyant built which makes it strong and unsinkable. The E-19 Utility is a delight to masses in that lives along our waterways. Moreso it can be built to accommodate fish hatch for fishermen.

PURPOSE OF REFRESHER TRAINING HOW WE GET AND USE INFORMATION Having gone through the process of training abroad there is still need for refresher or re-training programmes, these programmes is to enable the trainee keep up to date of what he has learnt overtime. However most information we retain in the communication process depends on so many factors. It is important for each of us to recognize how we learn best. Do we remember most of what we read? Most of what we hear? Or do we learn more if someone shows us?
