According to (Rabiul Islam, Ahmad Bashawir Abdul Ghani, Bobby Kusuma and Eric
Teh Yew Hong, 2016), to protect the local automobile industry, the Malaysian
government has maintained a number of protective measures. It is important to
protect the national car since it is still an infant industry. These measures aim to
ensure that manufacturers and suppliers are ready to prepare themselves for domestic
competition and eventually compete in the international markets. These protective
measures include tariff and non tariff barriers, the local content policies and licensing
systems. There are only two national car manufacturers, Proton and Perodua in
Malaysia. If to base on the journal above, it is important to protect our national
automobile as it is still an infant industry, but Malaysia s Proton has been in Malaysia
industry since 1983 while Perodua has been in this industry since 1994 after launched

The Sherman Anti Trust Act of 1890 was passed to prohibit trusts, this was the first
law passed by U.S. Congress to enforce this. This act was named after Senator John
Sherman. Before this act was put into place, many other states had enforced laws
very similar to the Sherman Anti Trust Act. These laws were not perfect though, the
large corporations had the majority of the economic power. Congress was not
pleased with this, thus making the Sherman Anti Trust Act. This act allowed
Congress to regulate interstate commerce, outlawing monopolistic practices. If a
person were to violate this act, he or she could be imprisoned for a year and fined
five thousand dollars. This law was successfully used to help Theodore Roosevelt
during his campaign, trust busting . Also, President Taft used the law to back himself
up against the Standard Oil Trust and American Tobacco Company. The Standard Oil
trust was when a board of nine trustees was set up to make all of the company
decisions , allowing the company to run as a monopoly. The Sherman Anti Trust Act
allowed both presidents to dissolve the trusts that were creating problems. On the
other hand, the Sherman Anti Trust Act had many holes, it did not have exact
wording, therefore allowing companies to still control the majority of the producing

was put to rest and replaced with the Clayton Anti Trust

The word chivalry is often associated with knights of the medieval ages. This term
was used during the 11th and 12th century. The code of chivalry is a code of
conduct that reflected bravery and service to others. This code of conduct was

The French army knights followed the code of chivalry as they were nearly all
knights. They fought bravely and fairly. The English army was not composed of
brave knights. On the contrary it was composed of yeomen and poor dishonorable
peasants.
The reason for the battle was because the English King Arthur V wanted to recover
his former lands and the lands that he had lost in the Hundred Years War. With a
small army at hand, the English started the battle with a siege of a Harfleur in
Normandy. The fresh did not fight the English and surrendered the gate allowing the
English the entrance. Later on, neither army wanted to start the battle due to military
strategic reasons. The English begin lacking food and other provisions and therefore
they decided to provoke the French army by loosening the first flight of arrows.

actually suffered many loses due to the English Archers. After their retreat they
decided to strike again. This time the English archers dropped their bows and began
using the weapons that the French had abandoned in the first attack. These weapons
included, axes, mallets, and swords. It is often said that the winners of the battle of
Agincourt were the English archers but in fact they did not actually use their bows to

advantages and disadvantages. Conformity exists so people don t feel left out. It

Osama Bin Laden managed to gain an army called Al Qaeda . Bin Laden lead this
group and managed to plot many attacks in the world such as the September 11th
attacks on the Twin Towers, 1998 U.S embassy bombings and the 2002 Bali

stars as skinny and beautiful. This begins to get into younger and older women s
brains that they need to look like this. That they need to buy the latest beauty
product in order to look like Jessica Alba or to eat the same diet as Jennifer
Anniston does to look as skinny as her. Media often touches up images that are out
in the open, commonly airbrushing their skin to make us think it is perfect or
reducing their waist and leg size. Many girls believe you need to be skinny and
pretty to fit into society and that if you don t look like girls in the media you aren t
going to be accepted. Too many girls think being model thin is
