Note: This filter will not intercept liquid contaminates. Installation and Operation

Install the booster in a ventilated room with a free space of 20-30 cm around it. Connect the booster to the 220V network with a power cord. Connect the high-pressure inlet and outlet hoses to the unit. Check the reliability of connections, readings of pressure gauges, closing of valves.

Power up the unit. Slowly open the valve of the transport cylinder. At the same time, the pressure gauges of the input and output groups must show the same gas pressure in the system. Slowly open the valve of the small cylinder, and then the exhaust valve. If the pressure in the low-volume cylinder is lower than in the system, the pumping process will take place automatically. If the pressure in the system is lower than the set one, the start switch is turned on the system panel, which activates the operation of the compressor

When the gas cools after pumping, the pressure in the cylinder drops, so if necessary, you can repeat the procedure after a few minutes and bring the pressure to the specified level. After successful refueling, close all compressor valves and the valve in the refueled cylinder. Residual oxygen under pressure in the system is released with the help of the exhaust valve by slowly opening it.
