•Different divisions have their own
different culture and so coordination
between divisions or bringing them
together for becomes more difficult.

5. Centralized VS Decentralized Decision Making
•In decentralized decision making
organizations can respond to change more
rapidly and effectively because decision
makers are the people closest to situation.

6. Sovereignty of Nations VS World Peace
•While Respecting a nation’s right to self- governance
sometimes upholding that sovereignty can hinder
collective action needed to address global issues like
conflict. Creating a tension between individual national
interests and broader need for international cooperation
to maintain peace and order.
