Introduction to Online Event Management System These systems provide various features such as event registration, ticketing, payment processing, attendee management, and marketing tools to help event organizers create successful events . An online event management system is a software that allows users to plan, organize and manage events from start to finish on a single platform. With the rise of digital technology, online event management systems have become increasingly popular due to their ability to streamline the event planning process. Event management is the application of project management to the creation and development of small and/or large-scale personal or corporate events such as festivals, conferences, ceremonies, weddings, formal parties, concerts, or conventions. It involves studying the brand, identifying its target audience, devising the event concept, and coordinating the technical aspects before actually launching the events. 6

7. Objective Our aim is to make a user friendly application that can let a user to plan a decoration for an event. He can select the event and according to the event the appropriate decoration can be made. Choice of decoration can be made from the list of panel. Client will also find out the cost for particular decoration and virtual representation of that particular decoration. The project will help Clients to decorate for an event and the cost required for particular decoration. No need to visit hotel and decorators. 7

8. User Modules In this module there are two types of user guest user and register user. Guest user: This user can see only general information like about us, event details. Contact details and our services. Register users: This user can do the following activity like Book the events, update their profile, change password, also cancel the booking which is not confirmed and recover their password 8

9. Admin Modules Dashboard: In this section admin can see all details in brief like total income, total hotels and total booked hotels. All Booked Rooms: In this section user can see the booked rooms. Table: In this section user can see which date and rooms are available or not. Add Room: In this section user can add and update the rooms. Views all Rooms: In this section user can see all rooms( Booked or not Booked). Add gallery Image: In this section user can add any image of events, hotels and their services. Users: user can see all registered user details. 9
