VISION STATEMENT By 2029, HS Foundation as a youth –run organization aspires to would have created a sustainable and impactful event strategies that empowers young people, fosters community engagement and drives fundraising growth ensuring a lasting legacy for our charity organization that goes even beyond 2029. 13 JULY 2024 HS FOUNDATION 2

STRATEGIC PLAN FOR HS FOUNDATION Youth engagement To involve youths in event planning and decision making processes so as to boosts their confidence and also to promote youth leadership. Provide opportunities for youths to develop event management skills which compliments the promotion of youth leadership mentioned above. Develop events that cater to diverse youths’ interests and needs for instance charity run, gala dinner and also community fairs. Ensuring youth safety and well-being at event so they will have the urge to continue participating in these events 13 JULY 2024 HS FOUNDATION 3

STRATEGIES CONTINUE 2. Event planning Defining of event goals and objectives and also be able to come up with the theme for every event. Development of a comprehensive event budget plan, detailed event timeline and checklist. Establishment of an event planning committee with diverse skill sets that will help in event planning and also promotion strategies and engaging events programs and activities such as games for entertainment and teambuilding. Need for development of a contingency plan for unexpected events such as an accident which is an unpredictable event. Develop partnerships with local businesses and organizations in order to build relationships and attracts more sponsors and volunteers. 13 JULY 2024 HS FOUNDATION 4
