Participation in just 3 easy steps: Visit www.hp.com/in/buyback and register for the HP printer voucher valid at selected HP reseller outlets. Print out the validated voucher email and proceed to the nominated HP Reseller outlet with your existing printer. Upon submission of the voucher email and your existing printer , get an additional discount of the amount mentioned on your voucher Each Participant can redeem a maximum of 1 voucher. Each voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of registration. All entries must be submitted online by 30 th April 2017 and all purchases must be made by 30th May 2017 .

7. HP Exchange Program – Reseller process Consumer walks into store with discount voucher . Partner provides the additional discount over and above Market Operating price basis the customers submission of voucher and old printer Partner claims back the discount given to customer by Visiting www.hp.com/in/buybackclaim to complete the claim process Mandatory information required for the claim End customer’s voucher code End customer’s old printer, new HP printer and Partner address details must match the details on the customer voucher. Proof of sale of new HP Printer to end customer – New HP printer model number and part number, invoice number, purchase price, Exchange discount given to the shown on the invoice , purchase date, new HP printer serial number. Scanned soft copy of customer’s new HP printer invoice and voucher code email. Payment Details- online bank transfer & TIN number HP will arrange pickup of old printer for recycling as soon as the claim is approved. Expect pick up within 7 days of claim approval. Cashback amount will be transferred to your bank account as soon as the old printer is received by HP. Expect payment within 10 days .

(by 1st of every month) Sell Sell the new HP printer at discounted price upon submission of coupon and old printer by the end customer Request HP to pickup end customer’s old printer

16. Cash back summary email It takes up to 3 working days before reseller receives a cash back approval email. Cash back is paid out only if the claim is approved and the buyback printer is returned to HP for recycling .
