DISCRIMINATION Racial discrimination has been a pervasive issue in the United States, affecting various aspects of life including employment, education, and housing LoreThe struggle for civil rights has been a central theme in addressing these injustices

Deprivation of rights SOCIAL EXCLUSION It is known that people were treated in a horrible way and that they were not considered human beings. Denial of study Black children were not allowed to have a decent study or life, they did not learn to read or write. Therefore they had to work in the fields compulsorily. They are not from society Black people had no rights or say in choosing changes in society. They couldn't vote or elect.

XIII AMENDMENT THE NEW JIM CROW GENERALIZATION The 13th Amendment marked a significant milestone in the fight against slavery, but its impact on addressing systemic racism has been complex. Its loopholes have been exploited to perpetuate racial oppression through mass incarceration. These laws advocated racial segregation in all public facilities by de jure mandate under the motto "separate but equal" and applied to African Americans and other non-white ethnic groups in the aforementioned states of the United States.

OPINION Despite progress, racial discrimination remains a pressing issue. Ongoing efforts are essential to combat racial inequality and ensure the full realization of the 13th Amendment's promise of freedom for all.

IMPORTANT! Legal challenges have been crucial in addressing racial discrimination post-13th Amendment. Landmark cases such as Brown v. Board of Education and Loving v. Virginia have played pivotal roles in advancing racial equality.

STRATEGIES Solving the problem of racial discrimination and systemic injustice requires a multifaceted approach that addresses both public policies and social attitudes. This could include reforms to the criminal justice system, education about racism, and promoting diversity and equity in all aspects of society. Implementing these solutions takes time. It takes time not only to implement rehabilitation and reentry programs for incarcerated people, but also to work to address economic and opportunity access disparities. This is an ongoing process that requires a long-term commitment. In addition to political and social reforms, a continued commitment to intercultural dialogue and building inclusive communities is needed. This involves outreach and continued education to ensure that awareness of these issues is maintained and positive change is promoted.

The actions of white people have been very unfair, ironic and "ignorant" towards black people by rejecting them from society and taking away their humanity and depriving the majority of their freedom. The course made me see about racism and give it the importance it deserves. In order to change it we must start with ourselves. CONCLUSIONS RICHAR BARRETO SOFIA GUTIERREZ
