Purpose and Use:

This is an in-house form used to assure that all cost aspects of an export transaction are verified
and considered.
The form addresses export costs which may be either assumed by the seller or included in the
invoice to the buyer in accordance with the terms of sale.
These costs include packing, inland freight, freight costs by mode, insurance, and other special
costs such as bank fees and consular fees.
The form layout also includes a cost comparison for up to three different quotations for packing
and freight charges.
The completed form may also serve as a handy worksheet for Pro Forma Invoice preparation.
