Extension programme planning

Extension programme planning is essential for initiative of any programme or project. It provides direction for the successful implementation of the programme. It is the blue print of the programme to be carried.

Programme Planning Process Sandhu (1994) suggested a six phased programme planning model: Organisation for planning Planning Process: Reach understanding regarding principles, procedure, roles and time schedule Analyse situation Determine objectives Select problems with due regard to priorities Find solutions
