1. Family Reunion Planning Survey
Dear Family Member,
As you know from the e-mailing we sent out earlier, we are in the preliminary stages of planning for a
family reunion in [July, 2016]. We are sending this survey to get a better idea of what our collective
interests and goals are for the family reunion. By filling this out, you will help us keep the event as
inclusive as possible to all attendees.
We have identified several family reunion locations and would like to finalize the decision based on your
responses. Please make sure you complete the survey and return it as soon as possible. Once we have
selected the city, we will finalize the hotel as well. Blocking hotel rooms at a hotel will give us a common
place to stay/hang out and being that we are a group, we will benefit from lower group hotel rates.
