THE most famous dish is Idli Idli or idly are a type of Savoury rice cake, originating from the Indian subcontinent, popular as breakfast foods in Southern India and in Sri Lanka. The cakes are made by steaming a batter consisting of fermented black lentils (de-husked) and rice. The fermentation process breaks down the starches so that they are more readily metabolized by the body. It is a very tasty dish and you cant eat it with sambar as well as coconut.

UTTAPAM Uttapam is a very famous south Indian dish the ingredients in this is used as besan , so many vegetables such as green chilli, onion, tomato etc. It is similar as cheela but the difference is cheela is in yellow colour but the uttapam is in white it is very tasty to eat .
