HOW ARE YOU FEELING TODAY?

Nobody can help having feelings, they are part of everyone. We feel different things all day long as different things happen to us. It is important not to be ashamed of having feelings. Everyone has them, good and bad. What counts is what we do about our feelings, we can all learn to show our feelings in ways that are helpful to us and to others, not ways that are hurtful. WHAT ARE FEELINGS AND EMOTIONS?

We have different kind of feelings and emotions so let’s see them ! CATEGORIES

Depressed : Unhappy  and without   hope. Desperate : Needing  or  wanting something very much Dejected : Sad and disappointed . Disgusted : Feeling extreme dislike or disapproval of something. Upset : Worried , unhappy , or angry . Sorrowful : Very sad . Weepy : F eeling   likely   to   cry . SADNESS

joy Amused : Showing that you think something is funny. Delighted : Very pleased . Glad : Pleased and happy . Charmed : Attracted by someone’s charm . Grateful : Expressing thanks , especially to another person . Optimistic : H oping or believing that good things will happen in the future. Happy: Feeling, showing, or causing pleasure or satisfaction.

ANGER Jealous : Showing that you think something is funny. Betrayed : When someone betrays something such as a promise, they do not do what they promised: Rejected : When a person has not been accepted by an organization or by society. Wounded : O ffended or upset by what someone has said or done. Damaged : Spoiled or harmed .

FEAR Frustrated: Feeling annoyed or less confident because you cannot achieve what you want. Solitude : T he situation of being alone without other people. Tired : Without energy and needing to rest. Uncertainty : Sth that makes you feel uncertain. Attachment : A feeling of great affection.

DISGUST Annoyed: Something that makes you annoyed. Anguish : extreme unhappiness caused by physical or mental suffering. Tired : Without energy and needing to rest. Uncertainty : Sth that makes you feel uncertain.
