It serves as an interface between individuals, brokers, and realtors. The site primarily focuses on property management, requiring mandatory registration for owners and customers.
PROBLEM STATEMENT The aim of the project is to bring the real estate management online enabling real estate management participants to benefit from the Internet. The data will be stored properly in data stores, which will help in retrieval of information as well as its storage. Data is more secure . Participants can access its information and manage all the adding, updating, deleting and some of its tasks.
OBJECTIVES Develop a user-friendly platform for land transactions. Simplify the process for sellers and buyers. Address challenges and inefficiencies in transactions. Ensure transparency, security, and efficiency. Offer account management, property listings, search, reviews, and deed verification. Empower users to make informed decisions confidently. Eradicate fraud with strong verification and reporting mechanisms.
METHODOLOGY Agile customizes project management methods to suit specific requirements, ensuring flexibility in handling different projects. Tasks are divided into time-boxed iterations, delivering specific features in each release through an incremental approach.
