Insight into the production of our project. This PowerPoint that you are looking at will show you on different slides the different aspects of the production with each slide going into detail on each production going from the script, storyboarding and notes for discussion that we used.
Script When me and my partner for this project Jacob was writing the script for this project, we wanted to keep in mind the main concepts we had from the brief of this project and that being how we would focus on films that are aimed 16–19-year-olds so we can help the BBC social with expanding their audience. But we also made sure to include the main idea we had what was to review some of the highest grossing films of all time, so we picked out a few and we would discuss if they deserved to make the amount of money that they ended up making at the time of their release.
Story boarding When the doing the story boarding for these shots I tried to capture about how close it would look to the final product so that’s why I did labels as I looked at the room, we would be using for are filming and saw were the green screen so I knew were everything would be. That’s why I did labels on them pictures as I knew were I wanted the shots but also its so I knew how close I would need to zoom into are faces to make sure we get most of the green screen along with are faces into the shot.
Notes for discussion Also, on the script in time for when we started shooting, I added notes onto certain lines of the script so I could give feedback onto how I wanted me and Jacob to say are lines but also, I tiny bits say when the camera was cutting to each person. But also, so I could give a good bit of direction to us but also are camera crew who we an amazing help.
Logistical forms On these next couple of slides I will be showcasing the different forms I had to use to get this project of the ground and get ready to start shooting the project in time for the date. So we aren’t missing any deadlines.
Shooting schedule I made this shooting schedule to help me and my crew know when we were going to start shooting and were it would be, what day they would be shooting just so it helps me but also my me and my crew know in advance what we would be doing.
Risk assessment When writing the risk assessment, I made sure to write down all the possible risks that could happen when filming even the ones that are not likely to happen. Just so I had every possible risk put down so we could have no incidents on set.
Cast and crew list This form here is was used to write down who was starring in my production along with who was working on the camera’s but also who was a writer and director of the project. And this was also made so I know were abouts people was working so I wasn’t worrying if everyone was in the right place.
Location scouting This sheet was made when we were scouting out locations to film are project and we decided on the media house for our college as I figured it had everything we needed and was the perfect place to use for our project.
Location release This location release form was made so we knew that we had permission to film in the location that we were using what was the Media room as that had all the equipment and space that we needed to film. Aswell as that we got the property mangers permission to film in the locations.
