3. Napkin – refers to ” CLOTH ” used for wiping the mouth and covering the lap to protect clothing. Serviette – refers to “ PAPER NAPKIN ” used for wiping the mouth and fingers while eating.

4. Napkin Folding It is placed on the table of the guest’s use to contribute to the presentation of the cover and the whole dining environment. How napkin is presented depends on the type of establishment and the type of service.

5. Importance of Napkin Folding It enhances the presentation of your dining table or dining area. It creates a more harmonious and inviting atmosphere that inspires and lights up guest’s moods.

6. Different Styles of Napkin Folds

7. Pyramid Napkin Fold Fold the napkin in half diagonally. Fold corners to meet the top point. Turn the napkin over and fold it in half. Pick up at the center and stand on the triangle’s base.

8. Candle Napkin Fold Fold the napkin in half diagonally. Fold down the base. Turn the napkin over and roll from bottom to top. Tuck corners inside and stand.

9. Twin Candle Napkin Fold Fold the napkin in half diagonally. Roll the napkin from the long side to the point as tightly as possible. Fold the candle roll in half. Stick it in your napkin ring and stand it on the table.

10. Rose Napkin Fold Fold the open napkin in half diagonally. Roll the napkin forward 2/3’s of the way to the top. Roll from right to left. Tuck the end of the napkin pull the two points apart and flip over.

11. Lotus Napkin Fold Lay the napkin. Fold all corners to the center. Flip the napkin over and fold all the corners at the center With one finger pressing down on the napkin reach underneath a corner and pull the flaps to create a petal.
