INTRO WHAT IS FMR CLASSIFICATION(Turner and missirlain 1984) CONTRAINDICATIONS

Diagnostic Measures 2 step 2 phase Diagnostic Impressions taken using putty and light rubber base material (details and dimentional stability) Hard gypsum was poured to make diagnostic cast Facebow records were taken for the patient Casts were mounted on facebow on a semi-adjustable articulator with occlusion blocks (mentioning type of articulator- justify- CR obtained) Teeth setting on occludion blocks according to facebow relations with a plan to raise the bite Waxup

TTT Acute phase: tooth 25 Attempt of conservative caries removal to preserve pulp vitality, which was not possible due to a pathological exposure  rct Disease control phase: NSPT & polishing Implant placement at the sites of teeth 36 and 46 Caries removal for teeth 26,27,13, 15

TTT Definitive phase: Direct composite restoration of cavitated teeth 25,26,27,13,15 Abutment preparation for PFM FPD teeth 23*25  impressions  Temporization Metal try-in Abutment preparation for E-max crowns teeth 43,44  impressions  Temporization Occlusion blocks were modified due to cancellation of bite raise plan (time limitations) Direct composite veneers for upper and lower anterior teeth (A3 shade) (New Lower cast was made + lower occlusion blocks )adapted to the opposing upper cast with FPD metal try-in placed porcelain added to metal  PFM FPD ready with proper occlusal relation More incisal and occlusal reduction was required to obtain occlusal clearance for the prepared teeth  patient was in severe pain after 1 week  proper sensibility testing  rct for prepared teeth 23,43,44

TTT Definitive phase: Cementation of PFM FPD and E-max crowns Lower secondary impressions for construction of implant supported vitalium Delivery of vitalium Maintenance phase:
