PROPOSED TITLE: STUDY, DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT OF AUTOMATIC WET TISSUE PAPER PACKING MACHIN SPONSORING COMPANY: JKC Automobile Engineering
LITERATURE SURVEY : Industrial Survey :- Research Papers :-
PROBLEM DEFINITION: Currently in many small packaging company packing of wet tissue paper is done by semi automatic machines. Our aim is to design a machine that will automated tissue paper packaging process in order to increase efficiency of their operation.
OBJECTIVE Increase the production rate by atomization , maintaining production with minimum errors
SCOPE OF THIS PROJECT Our project is based on a Mechatronics system. The research shall entail study of: Mechanical Components such as S hafts and Bearings. Electronic Components such as Sensors & Microcontroller. The Study of the following subjects covered for the completion of the project Mechatronics Design of Machine Elements Manufacturing Processes CAD/CAM and Automation Dynamics of Machinery
WORKING : Main structure adopts full servo control Opens the roll of raw material & tension control automatically Chemical sprinkler system Adopt double folding & double packaging system the packaging film punches & labelling automatically The stacking pieces & the position of packing film’s punching & labelling can be set on touch screen
SCHEDULE FOR COMPLETION Task Month of Completion Problem identification and requirement. August Problem modeling September System analysis and specifications August-September Design(CAD) September-October Virtual Testing(Software and analytical) October Module implementation and integration November-December-January System test and evaluation January-February Documentation and management February-March
CONCLUSION The concept borders on innovation and will bring Exemplary Change in the Test Facility in terms of: High Production rate Time efficient
