Job profile related training and improvement in promotion policy. More engagement required Proper training of upadated technologies Internal exams or opportunity for application for highly qualified and experienced personal from lower to higher post directly on the basis of merits so that they can get chance to use their talents and experience for the growth of the industry.

BCPL EMPLOYEES SUGGESTIONS If possible transfer option should be provided to opt....& Female employees should be given opportunity of flexibility in working hours Individual increment on individual performance. Clear job distribution to be updated/imposed for better utilisation of manpower ( for all categories employee). BCPL needs to acknowledge / appreciate good works / best efforts of employees
