INTRODUCTION Finishing works is a fine job in building construction process . It forms the beauty of a building. Types of finishes can be used based on the materials used , environmental conditions and costs . C eiling finishing Ceiling is an overhead interior surface that covers the upper limits of a room. Ceiling working process ceving whole ceiling wash whole ceiling by water Give gratin –( combination of cement and water ) pest mortar in ceiling ( workers called it chapano ) Than leveling by patta ( patta is a local material which is use for remove extra-mortar form ceiling and wall ) than give final leveling by ( rupsha – local name ) Howk . 6mm thickness sand is better for ceiling plastering ( in local its called shylet -sand ) 1:3 is the better ratio for ceiling plaster Ceving Gratin

W all finishing (exterior Paint) Pre-painting work : For exterior surfaces it is very important repairs of any wall imperfections is the common problem in painting job. The most common problem with exterior wall painting is cracks in the wall . Avoid applying putty or filling compound while painting exterior surfaces Surface Preparation : plaster must be allowed to cure for at least 35 to 45 days Exterior rough surfaces, previously coated with cement paint , should be wire brushed and washed with water . dried completely. Before wall painting, ensure that thesurface is free from chalking .
W all finishing (exterior Paint) Painting : It is always recommended that new surfaces be primed. Apply Exterior Wall Primer. Apply two coats of top coat paint on surface . It is recommended that horizontal surfaces like the tops of awnings and parapets must be given an additional coat for greater protection. Start Painting

THEN DRY IT CLEARLY At least 6-12 months time should be given to the plastered surface to dry completely . Rub the wall by pop ( sirish ) or stone (this stone is use for remove extra send from wall and its also helps for leveling wall ) clean it clearly . than paint weather coat ( 1 st coat ) (wait 12 hours ) then give putty (pudding called in local ) then paint 2 nd coat if anyone want can paint 3 rd coat than paint final coat
