Physical fitness is generally achieved through proper nutrition, moderate physical exercise, and sufficient rest. Physical fitness can also prevent or treat many health conditions brought on by unhealthy lifestyle or aging. Good health is a boon to your body, it helps you physically as well as mentally also.Eat healthy stay healthy and take a good source of protein in your body. It is good for a fit body & you should do at least a 30 min workout. Do meditation,cardio,yoga,jogging and zumba.
