2. Research Supervisor Step 1- Add Referee Panel

3. Step 2 – After Click on referee panel Button then A Research supervisor will have to add 3- With in Maharashtra, 3 out of Maharashtra, 3- out of India . Once the referee accept confirmation then supervisor will able to submit the panel You can Search name of referee. If Referee not found then please add the required information

4. If there are any changes in the referee's details, the referee should update the information. If there are no changes, the referee can click on the 'Accept ' button for confirmation.

5. After clicking the 'Accept' button, the referee will enter the OTP for confirmation.

6. After click on submit referee panel then you have display following list

7. Step 3 - The BOS Chairman can approve and suggest their Referees.

8. The BOS Chairman can Approve these referees. The BOS Chairman can suggest these referees.

9. Step 4 - After the BOS Chairman approves, the Faculty Dean clicks the View button to display the referee details and either approve or suggest referees.

10. After the Faculty Dean approves, the Pro VC clicks the View button to display the referee details and either approve or suggest referees. Click View button to display the referee's details and either approve or suggest to referees. The Hon'ble Pro VC can add a referee if necessary.

11. The Hon'ble Pro VC can Approve these referees. The Hon'ble Pro VC can suggest these referees.

12. Step 5 After the Pro VC approves, the Pro VC clicks the View button to display the referee details and either approve or suggest referees. Click View button to display the referee's details and either approve or suggest to referees.

13. The Hon'ble VC can add a preference to the referee based on type: Within Maharashtra, Outside Maharashtra, or Outside India.

14. The Hon'ble VC can Approve these referees. The Hon'ble VC can suggest these referees.
