Physical violence When someone uses a part of their body or an object to control a person’s actions. Its intentional one.

Sexual violence Its non-consensual act. It occurs when someone forces you to take part in sexual activity. -Contact offences -Non contact offences

Emotional violence It occurs when someone says or does something to make you feel stupid or worthless. Its an intentional conduct.

Psychological violence It occurs when someone uses threats and causes fear in you to gain something. Cultural violence It occur when you are harmed as a result of practices condomned by your culture, religion or tradition .

Spiritual violence It occurs when someone uses your religious or spiritual beliefs to manipulate , dominate or control you. Deprivation It’s a failure of someone’s responsibility to provide or take care of someone need. It can be intentional or unintentional.

A 23 years old female came with complaints of headache and insomnia for the past 2 months and having history of self isolation, suicidal thoughts, chronic fatigue presenting for past 1 weeks. It cycles into 3 stages. Learned helplessness.
