So, as to understand this Governance, there are some Forms of Power Sharing.

AMONG DIFFERENT ORGANS OF GOVERNMENT The power is shared among Legislature, Executive and Judiciary. These all have control over each other in some or other way. This is known by Horizontal Form of Government. These all organs regulate the division of Government in appropriate manner. No organ has unlimited power on itselves and due to this the Government remains more stable an satisfied for all people. The Horizontal form of Government is based on the system of Checks and Balances.

AMONG GOVERNMENTS AT DIFFERENT LEVELS The Governments at different levels with a general government for whole country and governments at the provincial or regional level form a type of Government that is Federal Government. The Constitution in this type of Government lays down the powers of different levels of Government. In this case, the State Government is not answerable to the Central Government . This is known by Vertical distribution system as it the powers are distributed in levels. For Example:- In Belgium, the leaders after discussing laid down the Federal Government with the amendment of Constitution in 1993.

AMONG DIFFERENT SOCIAL COMMUNITIES In a Democratic form of Government, the Power is shared among all different types of communities, religions and other types of social groups. This helps in maintaining a peaceful attitude throughout the country's citizens of varying communities. It grants equal say for all communities whether majorities or minorities. It also provides some more space for minorities who have not still come up to match the generation. This helps decreasing the alienation feeling in the minorities. For Example:- In India, all citizens with varying societies are given equal say in the matter of Government. Also some weake sections are also represented in Legeslatures and Assembly.

AMONG POLITICAL PARTIES, PRESSURE GROUPS AND MOVEMENTS In Democratic Government, also the power is shared among Political Parties, Pressure Groups and Movements. The Political parties form their alliance for elections and when elected form the Coalition Government. This includes the varying views of different parties and so can be more effective for good Governance. The Pressure Groups also are given freedom of trying to convey their concerns in the Legislatures which could also improve the quality of governance to study on those matters. Also the Movements enhance the Government to know about Public issue going on in their Nation.
