One-YearLimitedWarranty
Subjecttotheconditionsofthislimitedwarranty,ShenzhenFoxwellTechnologyCo.,Ltd
(“FOXWELL”)warrantsitscustomerthatthisproductisfreeofdefectsinmaterialandworkmanship
atthetimeofitsoriginalpurchaseforasubsequentperiodofone(1)year.
Intheeventthisproductfailstooperateundernormaluse,duringthewarrantyperiod,dueto
defectsinmaterialsandworkmanship,FOXWELLwill,atitssoleoption,eitherrepairorreplacethe
productinaccordancewiththetermsandconditionsstipulatedherein.
TermsandConditions
1IfFOXWELLrepairsorreplacestheproduct,therepairedorreplacedproductshallbewarranted
fortheremainingtimeoftheoriginalwarrantyperiod.Nochargewillbemadetothecustomerfor
replacementpartsorlaborchargesincurredbyFOXWELLinrepairingorreplacingthedefective
parts.
2Thecustomershallhavenocoverageorbenefitsunderthislimitedwarrantyifanyofthefollowing
conditionsareapplicable:
a)Theproducthasbeensubjectedtoabnormaluse,abnormalconditions,improperstorage,
exposuretomoistureordampness,unauthorizedmodifications,unauthorizedrepair,misuse,
neglect,abuse,accident,alteration,improperinstallation,orotheractswhicharenotthefaultof
FOXWELL,includingdamagecausedbyshipping.
b)TheProducthasbeendamagedfromexternalcausessuchascollisionwithanobject,orfromfire,
flooding,sand,dirt,windstorm,lightning,earthquakeordamagefromexposuretoweather
conditions,anActofGod,orbatteryleakage,theft,blownfuse,improperuseofanyelectricalsource,
ortheproductwasusedincombinationorconnectionwithotherproduct,attachments,suppliesor
consumablesnotmanufacturedordistributedbyFOXWELL.
3ThecustomershallbearthecostofshippingtheproducttoFOXWELL.AndFOXWELLshallbear
thecostofshippingtheproductbacktothecustomerafterthecompletionofserviceunderthis
limitedwarranty.
4FOXWELLdoesnotwarrantuninterruptedorerror-freeoperationoftheproduct.Ifaproblem
developsduringthelimitedwarrantyperiod,theconsumershalltakethefollowingstep-by-step
procedure:
a)Thecustomershallreturntheproducttotheplaceofpurchaseforrepairorreplacement
processing,contactyourlocalFOXWELLdistributororvisitourwebsitewww.foxwelltech.ustoget
furtherinformation.
b)Thecustomershallincludeareturnaddress,daytimephonenumberand/orfaxnumber,complete
descriptionoftheproblemandoriginalinvoicespecifyingdateofpurchaseandserialnumber.
c)Thecustomerwillbebilledforanypartsorlaborchargesnotcoveredbythislimitedwarranty.
d)FOXWELLwillrepairtheProductunderthelimitedwarrantywithin30daysafterreceiptofthe
product.IfFOXWELLcannotperformrepairscoveredunderthislimitedwarrantywithin30days,or
afterareasonablenumberofattemptstorepairthesamedefect,FOXWELLatitsoption,will
provideareplacementproductorrefundthepurchasepriceoftheproductlessareasonableamount
forusage.
e)Iftheproductisreturnedduringthelimitedwarrantyperiod,buttheproblemwiththeproductis
notcoveredunderthetermsandconditionsofthislimitedwarranty,thecustomerwillbenotifiedand
givenanestimateofthechargesthecustomermustpaytohavetheproductrepaired,withall
shippingchargesbilledtothecustomer.Iftheestimateisrefused,theproductwillbereturnedfreight
collect.Iftheproductisreturnedaftertheexpirationofthelimitedwarrantyperiod,FOXWELL’
normalservicepoliciesshallapplyandthecustomerwillberesponsibleforallshippingcharges.
5ANYIMPLIEDWARRANTYOFMERCHANTABILITY,ORFITNESSFORAPARTICULAR
PURPOSEORUSE,SHALLBELIMITEDTOTHEDURATIONOFTHEFOREGOINGLIMITED
