Welcome to our healthy cooking adventure! Today, we will
learn how to make three yummy and healthy recipes.
Are you ready?

RECIPE 1
Fruit Salad

Ingredients
1 cup of strawberries (sliced)
1 banana (sliced)
1 orange (peeled and sectioned)
1 cup of blueberries

Instructions
Wash all the fruits.
Slice the strawberries and
banana.
Peel and section the orange.
Mix all the fruits in a big bowl.
Enjoy your colorful fruit salad!

RECIPE 2
Veggie Wrap

Ingredients
1 whole wheat tortilla
1/4 cup of hummus
1/2 cup of shredded carrots
1/2 cup of cucumber slices
1/2 cup of bell pepper strips

Instructions
Spread hummus over the tortilla.
Place the shredded carrots, cucumber
slices, and bell pepper strips on top.
Roll up the tortilla tightly.
Slice the wrap into smaller pieces.
Enjoy your crunchy veggie wrap!

RECIPE 3
Yogurt
Parfait

1 cup of plain yogurt
1/2 cup of granola
1/2 cup of mixed berries
(strawberries, blueberries,
raspberries)
1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
Ingredients

Instructions
Put a layer of yogurt at the bottom of a cup.
Add a layer of granola on top of the yogurt.
Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the granola
Repeat the layers until you reach the top of the
cup.
Drizzle honey on top if you like.
Enjoy your delicious yogurt parfait!
