Note : Leads can enable facilitators if they
want, however we will maintain Leads as
our POC for overall communications about
the campaign.






The Leads will get an opportunity
to get trained by our experts
before the help their community
members with the content.






Leads can either host training
sessions to further train their
community or host doubt solving
sessions.

8. Referral Process
The GDSC Leads are expected to
1)Directly coordinate with their community members to gather
registrations!
2)Sign up using respective sign up forms on behalf of the
participants
We will provide a ‘Unique GDSC Lead Referral Code’ to you
through which you can invite your community to sign up for the campaign.

9. DISCLAIMER
1) The first email address in the form has to be
GDSC Lead’s registered email address, which will
be collected by the form by default, second email
address is participant email address linked to their
Google Cloud Skill Boost Account

2) Interested students from outside GDSC Network
can also participate in the campaign but in these
cases Leads are responsible for overall
communication and recognition process, incase
eligible.

10. DISCLAIMER
The GDSC Lead remains our only POC for any queries
regarding the campaign. In case anyone else reaches
out instead of the Lead from your respective campuses,
we will not be able to help!

May that be around course completion tracking or
rewards and recognition!

11. Caution when you gather sign ups!
DO NOT send bulk
emails
(with your referral codes and
form link with your community
members)
Generate Interest in
the Community
through your form
(you may fill it up on
their behalf)
Share the form in
closed groups
(for chosen students from your
campus)
DO NOT share the form
on any social media
platform

12. GDSC Leads can also enroll as participants in the campaign, by signing
up using the same form.

Kindly note that a minimum and maximum of only 150 students (including the Lead) can participate from
each campus.

PARTICIPANT EMAIL ADDRESS

2) Google Cloud Skill Boost Accounts used for
previous campaigns WILL NOT WORK for this
campaign.

14. What are the Tiers in terms of Course Completion?
Note :
1) Not everyone who complete the course gets a reward, however we will provide exact number of rewards per the Tier you belong.
Example 80 rewards for Tier 1 and 60 rewards for Tier 2
2) You can complete other modules provided in the course content, however tracking will happen with mentioned above pathways.
At Least 80/150 Enrolled Students complete
1) Prompt Design in Vertex AI | Google Cloud Skills Boost and earn a skill badge on their enrolled account
2) Develop GenAI Apps with Gemini and Streamlit | Google Cloud Skills Boost and earn a skill badge on their enrolled account
3) Gen AI Arcade Game which will be launched in May first week
4) GDSC Lead Creates and Reports at least 1 event on GDSC Events Platform using event name as “Build with AI” between 1st
May - 28th May.
You can choose to create the event with any topic and event type.
Tier 1

16. Rewards for the Participants
Note : There will be no exclusive rewards for
GDSC Leads who shall act as Facilitators of
the campaign. However there would be
rewards for the participants which we will
share in the coming weeks!
