GENDER OBJECTIVES ACTIVITIES / INDICATORS / TARGETS RESPONSIBILITIES YEAR Output 1: Sanitation services improved, expanded, and made climate resilient 1.1 Infrastructure and services developed respond to the needs of targeted population. 1.1.1 Consultations are organized in each city on the project, including gender-responsive measures, hygiene and sanitation education, promotion, planning, and participatory monitoring. PROJECT MANAGEMENT A Gender and Social Development Specialist is engaged in the consulting team and involved in the implementation and management of the project. Gender Focal Point appointed at the responsible entities at the national and sub-national levels for implementation and monitoring of GAP. Training on GAP implementation and monitoring will be delivered to CPMU, NPMC, and other key implementing partners. Sex-disaggregated data will be regularly collected and integrated into the quarterly progress report (QPR) and project performance monitoring system for the fulfillment of DMF and GAP reporting requirements.

GENDER IN PROCUREMENT SECTION 6: EMPLOYER’S REQUIREMENTS General Procedure during Construction During the construction process, the contractor is responsible for paying attention and making necessary prevention and management mechanisms with regards to the following: Carry out socialization and consultation activities with the community prior the construction, with representation of women, people with disabilities and other vulnerable groups. Prioritizing the use of at least 25% local labor, with at least 20% women’s participation, both skill and unskilled positions. The sex-disaggregated data of workers will be regularly updated using monitoring matrix. Ensure equal pay for work of equal value for women and men in all construction and maintenance work. BAGIAN 6: PERSYARATAN PENGGUNA JASA Prosedur Umum selama Tahap Konstruksi Selama proses konstruksi, Penyedia Jasa bertanggung jawab untuk memperhatikan dan mengadakan langkah-langkah pencegahan dan penanganan terkait hal-hal berikut: Melaksanakan kegiatan sosialisasi dan konsultasi dengan masyarakat sebelum kegiatan konstruksi dengan memperhatikan keterwakilan perempuan minimal 30%, penyandang disabilitas dan kelompok rentan lainnya. Memprioritaskan penggunaan minimal 25% tenaga kerja lokal, dengan minimal 20% partisipasi perempuan, baik posisi terampil maupun tidak terampil. Data pekerja dipilah berdasarkan jenis kelamin akan diperbaharui secara berkala dengan menggunakan matriks pemantauan. Memastikan upah yang sama untuk pekerjaan dengan nilai yang sama bagi perempuan dan laki-laki dalam semua pekerjaan konstruksi dan pemeliharaan.

GENDER IN PROCUREMENT SECTION 8: PARTICULAR CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT Respectful Work Environment The Contractor shall ensure that its employees and Subcontractors observe the highest ethical standards and refrain from any form of bullying, discrimination, misconduct and harassment, including sexual harassment and other gender-based violence among workers and against women/girls and men/boys in the communities and shall, at all times, behave in a manner that creates an environment free of unethical behavior, bullying, misconduct and harassment, including sexual harassment and other gender based violence. The Contractor shall take appropriate action against any employees or Subcontractors, including suspension or termination of employment or subcontract, if any form of unethical or inappropriate behavior is identified. BAGIAN 8: KETENTUAN KHUSUS KONTRAK Lingkungan Kerja yang Saling Menghormati Penyedia Jasa harus memastikan bahwa karyawan dan Subkontraktornya mematuhi standar etika tertinggi dan menahan diri dari segala bentuk penindasan (bullying), diskriminasi, pelanggaran dan pelecehan, termasuk pelecehan seksual dan kekerasan berbasis gender lainnya di antara pekerja dan terhadap perempuan / anak perempuan dan laki-laki / anak laki-laki di masyarakat dan harus, setiap saat, berperilaku dengan cara yang menciptakan lingkungan yang bebas dari perilaku tidak etis, intimidasi, pelanggaran dan pelecehan, termasuk pelecehan seksual and kekerasan berbasis gender lainnya. Penyedia Jasa harus mengambil tindakan yang tepat terhadap setiap karyawan atau Subkontraktor, termasuk penangguhan atau pemutusan hubungan kerja atau subkontrak, jika ditemukan bentuk perilaku yang tidak etis atau tidak pantas.

GENDER IN PROCUREMENT The Contractor shall conduct training programs for its employees and Subcontractors to raise awareness on and prevent any form of bullying, discrimination, misconduct and harassment including sexual harassment, and to promote a respectful work environment. The Contractor shall keep an up-to-date record of its employees and Subcontractors who have attended and completed such training programs and provide such records to the Employer or the Engineer at their first written request. Information on risks of HIV/AIDS and GBV-SEAH relayed through posters, leaflets, and messaging applications (such as WhatsApp) Penyedia Jasa harus mengadakan program pelatihan bagi karyawan dan Subkontraktornya untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan mencegah segala bentuk penindasan, diskriminasi, pelanggaran dan pelecehan termasuk pelecehan seksual, dan untuk mempromosikan lingkungan kerja yang saling menghormati. Kontraktor harus menyimpan catatan terbaru tentang karyawan dan Subkontraktornya yang telah menghadiri dan menyelesaikan program pelatihan tersebut dan memberikan catatan tersebut kepada Pengguna Jasa atau Insinyur atas permintaan tertulis pertama mereka.
