 Dealing with Medical Cases like Hypertensive, Diabetic, Asthmatic, Cardiac and Bleeding
Disorders. Also Dealing with Emergencies as Heart Failure, Myocardial Infarction, Pulmonary
Embolism, Cardiac Arrest and Stroke. Besides that, dealing with Cold Cases in Refer Clinic.
 Dealing with Surgical Cases Cholecystitis, Appendicitis, Pancreatitis, Hernias, Trauma, Scrotal
Conditions, Abscess, Cancer Condition and Intestinal Obstruction. Earn Surgical Skills like
Suturing.
 Regarding Pediatrics Cases I dealt with Cardiac (VSD, Fallouts Tetralogy), Respiratory
(Respiratory Distress, Asthma) Gastroenterology (Leishmaniasis, Schistosomiasis, Hepatitis A),
Neurology (Cerebral Palsy) and how to Manage them.

 I Work in NICU Department, Achieving Duty for 24 hrs. Regarding Follow up of Admissions
in Septic and Aseptic ICU. Also as Part of Duty attending all Normal Deliveries & Emergency
C/S for Assessment of Babies, Receiving calls for Abnormal Deliveries like Preterm Labour,
Multiple Pregnancy and Breech Presentation (Fetal Distress). Post duty I attended the List of
Elective C/S. Besides that, weekly we have Tutorial to Discuss Important Cases that we faced
During Duties to Know How to Manage.
