4. Preparation Before Installation Check layout lines and levels Inspect panels and hardware Clean slab surface Ensure all workers wear proper PPE

5. Step 1: Wall Panel Installation Start from corners or wall junctions Fix panels with pins and wedges Insert wall ties through tie holes Check verticality using plumb bob or level

6. Step 2: Beam and Slab Setup Install beam sides and bottoms Place slab panels on props Adjust height and level using jacks or adjustable props

7. Step 3: Accessories & Embedded Items Apply release agent lightly on panel surfaces Install embedded conduits, sleeves, or boxes Check tightness and alignment

8. Step 4: Concreting Operations Pour concrete evenly and layer by layer Use vibrator to remove air pockets Avoid overfilling to prevent deformation
