aLTrRan E,

+ Defining the roles, participation and the fluent communication between teams have been crucial
for the project success.

+ The project arose high expectations due to a former version and they have been reached with
the change of development technology, the user implication and the Aquagest and Altran effort
for documentation.

+ The project timing and functional scope implied iterative releases. These are not trivial because
it was necessary to prepare environments, contingency plans outside office hours and involving
the participation of various teams.

+ The source code have been managed always by Aquagest and the functionality have been
approved in an integration environment held by Aquagest.

+ New functionality of each release was approved not only by Aquagest technical supervisors but
also by the users.
