1. During the month of March of 2024, I volounteered with
DAAD to renovate a Park in Ira Al-Salt.
We spent 3 days of full work in the site, I was responsible
to design and implement murals on the walls, as a group
we decided that educational murals are better in order for
the kids to learn via playing.
In order to make the process participatory, the kids
helped us brainstorm ideas as well as paint and aid in
making our vision come to life, The vibrant colors on the
walls mirrored the smiles on their faces. The shared
laughter and sense of accomplishment filled the air,
leaving a lasting impact on both the children and us.
