What is Google Drive ? Google Drive is a cloud storage service that allows you to store your documents, photos, videos, and more online. People can access or synchronize their data through Computer or Phone. Drive supports huge numbers of files, we can also use Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and many other type of files can be access and also provide other applications to create and edit various types of files. We can buy more memory space by paying money.
Features of Google Drive Google provide 15GB of free storage space but storage is shared across with Gmail, Google Plus Photos and Google Drive. Google Drive Application is available for Android, iOS , Chrome OS, Mac and also for Windows. It has the benefit of a built-in office suite, where you can edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations, even if you created the document in another program. Easy to upload just drag and drop files into the Drive Web site and they'll be uploaded automatically .
We can set restriction on data in Drive, P ublic or private. It provide facility compress some files in a single Z ip file and also the Zip file can be downloaded. Files or folders can be shared privately with particular users having a Google account, using their G mail email address. Sharing files with users who is not having a Google account requires making them accessible to 'anybody with the link'.
How to use Google Drive ?
Move the mouse to ‘Manage’
It shows the memory used
Drive provide the facility of Recycle Bin or Trash
Now we Zip the two files then download it Open any folder Double click the folder
Now we are inside of ‘BCA’ folder, select any files
After selecting the new options will appear Share Preview Remove More Now we select the ‘More’ option
Now we click the ‘Download’
It will automatically compress the files then start to download Now back to Root Folder by Just clicking ‘My Drive’
Click the ‘NEW’
Create file list will appear
Summary Google Drive is a "cloud or web based" file storage area for all your files and folders both personal and shared. Google Drive allows to access to Google Docs, the suite of editing tools that allows us to create documents, spreadsheets, presentations, drawings, forms and more! Provide many facilities like Sharing, Compressing, Trash and Multi files Upload & Download and Many more.
