The Government of Tanzania, Health Operations Management Information System ( GoTHOMIS ) is an electronic information system intended to:- Collect and report facility level clinical information (basic patient level clinical dataset), and Support Health Facilities in service delivery management . GoTHOMIS

The system has progressively evolved to encompass various requirements defined in the Tanzania Integrated Health Facility Electronic Management Systems ( iHFeMS ) guideline. GoTHOMIS

Patient Registration, OPD/IPD, Pharmacy, Billing, Laboratory, Internal Referrals, Vertical Programs ( TB,CTC,RCH ), ... GoTHOMIS

The system incorporates various core functionality modules to serve the purpose:- Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Laboratory Information System, Medical Supplies Inventory (Pharmacy), Billing and Revenue Reporting, Practitioner Performance Tracking, HMIS (DHIS) Reporting GoTHOMIS

As of September, 2019, 460 Health Facilities have been installed with the system. These comprise of 26 Regional Referral Hospitals, 75 District Hospitals, 215 Health Centers, 128 Dispensaries and 16 FBO Facilities GoTHOMIS COVERAGE

INTEGRATION WITH OTHER SYSTEMS - GePG :- for service payments and hence pave ground for cashless environment at Health Facilities

NHIF :- :- GoTHOMIS links with the NHIF MIS for card verification, visit authorization and claim submission. The claim functionality saves a great deal of workforce in manual transcription of F. 2A & B INTEGRATION WITH OTHER SYSTEMS

DHIS2 :- GoTHOMIS automatically collects HMIS statistics and forward to DHIS hence avoid erroneous manual tallying and entries eLMIS :- GoTHOMIS tracks the usage of medical supplies at health facilities and hence facilitate correct Reporting and Requisition ( RnR ) details required by the eLMIS INTEGRATION WITH OTHER SYSTEMS
