SHAPE - is formed by connecting lines to enclose an area or space. Shapes can be: two-dimensional 2D and three-dimensional 3D.

TWO-DIMENSIONAL Any artwork has length and width .

TWO-DIMENSIONAL are basic shapes such as:

THREE-DIMENSIONAL SHAPES

THREE-DIMENSIONAL show more than one side. They have width, length, and thickness.

CUBE a solid figure bounded by six equal squares and having all its sides at right angles.

CONE a solid figure with one circular flat surface and a vertex.

CYLINDER a solid figure with one two parallel bases that are congruent.

PYRAMID a solid figure whose base is a polygon and whose faces are triangular with a common vertex.
